Len Kight has served as the Youth Pastor and Children's Minister at Shady Grove Baptist Church since 2016.
He was called into ministry shortly after high school, he brings over 30 years of experience working in church ministry-most often with youth and children.
Len's heart is to serve Jesus by loving others and helping connect them to who He is.
His passion for building relationships and nurturing the next generation is at the core of everything that he does.

Sandra Becker
Shady Grove is blessed to have Sandra Becker serving as our church secretary. She faithfully serves alongside her family at Temple First Baptist, reflecting a strong commitment to both her church and her faith.
Sandra brings valuable experience in administrative work, helping keep our church organized and running smoothly while creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone she encounters. Her heart for service is evident in all she does.
Outside of her role at the church, Sandra enjoys expressing her creativity by making beautiful things with her hands, especially working with yarn. She treasures time spent with her family and is grateful for every opportunity to serve others.
Sandra is truly thankful to be serving the people of Shady Grove and considers it a blessing to be part of this church family.
